At Faregoods, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your Automatic Windshield Sunshade is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery under normal, intended use.

What's Covered

During the warranty period, coverage includes eligible manufacturing defects affecting normal product operation, including:

Motor or retracting mechanism failure
Electrical or power-related manufacturing defects
Remote/control system malfunction
Structural defects caused by manufacturing
Other functional failures determined to be the result of defective materials or workmanship

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Incorrect installation or improper use
Accidents, impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
Damage caused by incompatible vehicle electrical systems or connections
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Damage caused by extreme conditions, external forces, or failure to follow product instructions
Incorrect vehicle information provided when ordering

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. A brief description of the issue

3. Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
